  • There are four types of breakfast set menus and side dishes available; please select one.

A. English country breakfast

The golden omelette is smooth and richly flavored, paired with crispy bacon and juicy sausages that release a savory aroma with every bite. Crispy, fluffy hash browns add layers of texture, complemented by a refreshing lettuce salad and country-style bread to balance the palate. The meal concludes with a cup of thick, tangy yogurt—smooth, lightly sweet, and perfectly refreshing.

B.Warm Egg Udon in Black Tea Broth (Beef or Pork)

Smooth udon noodles are paired with your choice of beef or pork slices and infused with Dayuchi’s signature No. 18 black tea. The blend of black-tea bonito broth and lightly fried black tea leaves creates a refreshing new take on oolong-style cold noodles. It is a perfect summer dish that awakens the palate with its aromatic, layered flavors.

C. Hokkaido Raw Scallop & Seafood Rice Porridge

Premium Hokkaido scallops are paired with a slow-simmered seafood broth, allowing the essence of the ocean to infuse deeply into the porridge. Each grain of rice absorbs the rich flavors, creating a dense, silky texture. The delicate sweetness of the scallops contrasts beautifully with the chewy bite of seafood rolls, coming together as the ultimate expression of a luxurious seafood dish.

D. Dongshi fresh oyster braised pork rice

Carefully selected fresh oysters from Chiayi Dongshi, each one is sweet and plump, drizzled with salty and fragrant old-fashioned minced meat, mixed with the golden egg juice of a soft-boiled egg, paired with the crispy texture of the old fried dough sticks, the flavor is excellent, it is a nostalgic dish with a good reputation.

Afternoon Tea: A Dialogue of Craftsmanship and Nature

In the fast-paced flow of daily life, how often do we pause to wait? The afternoon tea experience at DEER CHASER begins with the slow trickle of an hourglass—a quiet exercise in patience as you watch tea leaves unfurl in hot water, all to earn that first, purest sip of sweetness.

Complementing the elegant tea fragrance are wagashi (Japanese confections) handcrafted by Master Argyi (菓子君). After studying in Japan in 2015, Master Argyi brought this "art for the eyes" back to Taiwan, capturing the essence of the four seasons in every delicate shape. Each bite is a blend of millennia-old aesthetics and refined sweetness.

The Seasonal Dining: Local Premium Gifts Presented by the two branches of DEER CHASER, these tea selections offer a taste of Nantou’s finest terroir: Yuchi Branch (遊獵行腳): Featuring Jaipuri Black Tea (瓔珞紅茶) from Hugosum (和菓森林).
