擁有遊獵羊灣中最大的頂樓玻璃屋，從洗手台、橢圓浴缸、室內小客廳到戶外露台，只以玻璃帷幕圍繞，呈現無死角的明亮通透感，彷彿被森林深深擁抱，能感受豐沛的陽光與雨水。露台座椅兩兩成雙，朝向「綠色富士山」的圓錐山頭，眺望蔥綠植被，身心頓時淨化。
屬於雙人房型，樓中樓立體格局，利用空間環境堆疊互動的情境，一樓連貫整層客廳與中島，能夠擴充主題派對的功能，可以是歡聚的中型聚會所，也可以是隱密的私人招待所，整面落地窗飽覽自然全景，更讓視覺效果無限放大。
